Located in the heart of central London, 50 Fenchurch Street is one of All Seasons most recognised projects, featured on the BBC and in international news.

At its centre stands a Grade 1 listed, 700-year-old church, carefully supported on a purpose-built system of scaffolding and stilts. This allowed construction of the new complex to progress around and under the historic structure, which will later be integrated into the completed development.

All Seasons worked closely with the client and contractors to ensure the church remained secure throughout. The precision and care required have made this project a true engineering landmark, earning recognition worldwide and being know as the “Church on Stilts”.
