Our Co-Founders / Managing Directors
Anthony Noble
As he approaches 50 years of age, Anthony’s distinguished career spans over three decades. After spending 20 years with his previous company, where he was responsible for a turnover of £15m to £17m and led a team of 150-200 people, including 11 Project Managers, an Operations Manager, and a Contracts Manager, Anthony co-founded All Seasons Scaffolding with his partner, Mark.
Their goal was to leverage their combined expertise to build a company that would thrive within a successful business environment. Now serving as Joint Managing Director, Anthony brings more than 30 years of experience in the scaffolding industry, overseeing some of the largest and most complex projects across both private and public sectors. Notable projects include Battersea Power Station Phase 2 and 3, Liverpool Street, Walbrook, Cannon Street, St Pancras Chambers, and The Scalpel at 52 Lime Street, among many others.
In the past six years, All Seasons has taken on some of London’s largest projects, currently managing more than 60 active sites and completing over 500 successful projects. With expertise spanning demolition, construction, refurbishment, asbestos ancillary access, and more, Anthony has built a reputation for consistently exceeding growth expectations and driving success in every aspect of his work.
Mark Robinson
Mark’s career began on the ground, working his way up from yard operative to site labourer. With qualifications in business and finance, he transitioned into the office and quickly found his place within the commercial department. After starting as an estimator and surveyor, Mark was entrusted with managing his own branch at just 19 years old for a national scaffolding contractor.
Over the course of more than 20 years, Mark progressed from trainee surveyor to commercial manager, and for the five years before founding All Seasons Scaffolding, he served as Commercial Director at one of London’s largest scaffold contractors. Mark has played a key role in delivering some of the most significant projects in the industry, including overseeing estimating and surveying for Battersea Power Station, managing the £25m contract from tender stage through to three years into the project.
Other notable projects in his portfolio include St Pancras Chambers, 52 Lime Street, and various asbestos ancillary license projects throughout London and the South East. As co-founder and Joint Managing Director of All Seasons Scaffolding, Mark applies his vast commercial expertise to oversee all aspects of the business, driving its growth and ensuring its continued success. Throughout his career, Mark has earned a reputation as a respected figure in the scaffolding industry, known for his commitment to excellence and his ability to consistently deliver complex projects with precision and efficiency.
Together, with a combined experience of over 50 years in the scaffolding industry, Mark and Anthony have established All Seasons Scaffolding as one of the largest and most successful companies in the sector, regularly exceeding growth expectations and setting new industry standards.
